Our User Agreement

CoreFlight. NOTICES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

We are CoreFlight, and we are looking for an opportunity to be your next travel adviser. The User Agreement mentioned herein consists of clauses, which describes the conditions that govern the use of the website by visitors/customers. It also explains about the user's obligations and entitlement when they purchase any travel services through www.coreflights.com.

In the "User Agreement" document set forth, "we", "us" and "our" refer to CoreFlight. Whereas; the terms "you," "user," "customer," and "visitors" refer to the user visiting our website and the customer making reservations.

Our Agreement with You

Products and Suppliers

We feature & sell a wide range of travel-related services, including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservations, leisure travel packages, etc. offered by different travel suppliers and end service providers.

Each suppliers' or service providers' "Terms & Conditions" are different and are applicable to your reservations along with our general "Terms & Conditions" set henceforth. So, we suggest you read and understand them carefully.

Software and content published on our website are owned or comes under the proprietorship of CoreFlight or its partnered travel suppliers. Your use of such contents or software may be subject to further terms & conditions set henceforth. Our website, which is referred to throughout the "User Agreement" document, can be found at www.coreflights.com.

CoreFlight serves as a negotiator or a "Travel Agent" for travel-related products and services that are not directly offered by CoreFlight (e.g., airlines, hotel accommodations, tour packages, etc.).

We are not a co-supplier of such travel-related service and products. Upon selecting a specific travel supplier's services, you enter an additional contract with such suppliers or end service providers.

All airline tickets are subject to change that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase fare increase may be applied due to additional charges imposed by a government or suppliers. You may be charged an additional amount by CoreFlight to offset increased fees, taxes, fuel surcharges and rising & falling in foreign exchange markets or any such combination thereof. Acceptance of the clauses mentioned in the "Terms and Conditions ' document hereby indicates your acceptance to pay any post-purchase fare hike and authorize CoreFlight to charge your credit card for such additional applicable charges.

Deposits and Payment

Any deposits or partial payment made by customers are non-refundable under any circumstances. Pre-deposit payments let CoreFlight to hold reservations for you, but no way guarantees the same fares.

The airfares can only be guaranteed if the payment has been made from the customers' end, and other travel documents have been issued. We will inform you about the date when the full payment needs to be made. Your submission of the payment information through, which you want to pay for your purchased service, you grant us the authority to process the payment to corresponding Suppliers on behalf of you.

We, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse personal cheque as a preferred payment method. After full payment has been made, the clauses of the "Terms & Conditions" with your supplier may allow them to increase the price of your arrangements. In such cases, we will notify you about the fare hike as soon as we become aware of such an increase or hike. If we have offered a travel package or service, changes in transportation costs including but not limited to taxes, fees, cost of fuel, and exchange rates; then the fares of your purchased travel service may change after you have paid in full.

Documentation

According to our general practices, we send travel-related documents via electronic medium to our customers. If any customer requests for a hard copy of such documents, we, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to charge an administration fee.

Cancellations and Changes

Your agreement with your preferred travel supplier may allow them to cancel or amend your existing booking with them. If any such changes occur, we will promptly notify you as soon as we get aware of such changes before your scheduled departure. However, we shall not be held responsible for any amendments or applicable costs that may be imposed.

Subject to the service providers' "terms and conditions," you will be offered with options, including but not limited to accepting the schedule change or any other amendments in existing travel booking, accepting an offer of alternative arrangements by end supplier that is subject to the supplier's terms, or cancelling your reservations and receiving any refunds as applicable based on applied fare rules. We shall not be held responsible for any refunds, as it is beyond our purview.

If you have made a flight reservation and we are notified about a significant change in schedule by the airline before you leave the United States, we will send you an email to notify you about the schedule change. Please make sure that you have shared your email address with us and that you regularly check your email before you leave. Airline schedule changes are beyond our purview; hence, we shall not be held responsible for any applicable charges, which may be imposed as a result of such schedule changes.

After you have departed from the US, it shall be the responsibility of the customers to check with the air carrier that any onward flights included in their ticket is showing status as "booked." We highly suggest customers to contact their operating airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled flight departure of each flight mentioned in the ticket. Please note that for some air carriers, it is compulsory for fliers to acknowledge airlines if they are willing to fly.

Your Agreement with Us

Your Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

By booking any travel services, including airline tickets, hotel reservations, travel packages with CoreFlight or using www.coreflights.com, you hereby agree and accept to be bound by the clauses of the User Agreement mentioned herein, including Parts 1-3 of this document and any additional terms and conditions of end supplier that are applicable to your booking, travel services or use of any website content. You accept & agree on behalf of yourself and those you represent to act in accordance with all clauses of "terms and conditions" document, including the payment of all amounts if partially paid. You agree that any breach of any clauses of "terms and conditions'' mentioned herein may result in (a) the cancellation of your existing booking or reservations, (b) your forfeiture of any payment made for your reservation or travel booking, (c) your access to the applicable travel-related product or service declined, and (d) our right to debit your account for any costs we incur as a result of such breach.

You hereby acknowledge that (a) you are above the age of 18 and eligible to use our website or services and can enter a legal contract in connection with your use, (b) you are legally permitted to act on account of those you represent and accept & agree the clauses "terms and conditions" on their behalf, and (c) the information shared by you or members of your group is correct and accurate. Make sure; you inform such other persons about the terms and conditions imposed on their travel booking and services. You accept that you and those using your name or account are financially eligible to use services or products available on the website.

If You Change Your Booking

Standard service charges may be applicable along with additional Supplier charges if cancellation or change request to your existing travel booking initiated by you is accepted and possible. In such cases, we highly suggest customers to connect directly with your travel booking agency to enquire about cancellation or change process.

Please note that all changes made to the existing travel arrangements depend on the availability and if the fare conditions applicable to the service purchased have been met.

Conventionally, most of the airlines don't allow name changes after the booking has been confirmed. However, we will check with the end supplier if the name changes are allowed. Please note that most of the air carriers treat a name change as a cancellation; hence, applicable charges may apply.

It is highly recommended to consider the itinerary and flight sequence mentioned in your ticket as they are mentioned in the ticket. In case there is a change in plan, and you will not be able to travel, then contact the airline as before as possible prior to the scheduled departure to enquire about alternative options. If you do not check-in for your flight on or before the time for a confirmed booking, the airline may consider your booking as a 'no-show,' which could incur additional charges and/or your reservation would be automatically cancelled and/or your ticket may be declared as void.

If You Cancel Your Booking

If you cancel your existing travel booking, you may be entitled to a partial refund, which is subject to the applicable fare rules imposed by the end supplier. To process the cancellation and refund request for a confirmed reservation, the supplier's cancellation policy shall apply along with our standard fees, as mentioned on your booking receipt or confirmation email. We may require your original voucher prior to processing your refund request. If you are willing to cancel your requested booking before the balance due date, any deposits paid to us cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds shall reflect in your original payment account once we receive the amount back from the Supplier(s). Majorly, flight tickets cannot be refunded if some part of it has been used. We shall not be held liable for a supplier’s failure to pay a refund.

If the reason for the cancellation of your confirmed reservation meets the conditions of your trip insurance policy, you may be able to claim your cancellation charges through your insurance company.

Important Notice Regarding Airline Reservations

If you arrive at the check-in counter of the airline with your confirmed flight ticket and find that the airline shows no reservation on your name; in such case, do not leave the counter and check your ticket once again if the status box shows "OK" for the flight in question.

According to the standard airline policies, it is the sole responsibility of the airline to arrange a seat on your flight, otherwise, find you a seat on the next available flight or pay you the applicable compensation for denied boarding. If you need further assistance, request to speak to the customer relations supervisor.

If You Have a Complaint

If you are facing any issue during your holiday and need immediate help, then please contact the relevant Supplier directly to avail better assistance. If they are unable to resolve your problem, please immediately contact us through www.coreflights.com. If you fail to contact us on time, we will not have the permission to investigate your reported issue or complaint and rectify if there is any error while you are away, and this may affect your rights under this Agreement.

Travel Documents and Destinations

It shall be the responsibility of the customers to ensure that the details on their travel documents are accurate. If there are errors or discrepancies, it is the sole liability of the customer to notify us immediately.

Customers shall ensure that their travel documents are safe while they travel. It is very difficult to replace travel documents in the case of theft, loss, damage, etc. resulting in unwanted hassle.

Prior to making international reservations, we suggest you go through U.S. Government's prohibitions, advisories, and warnings applicable to your preferred destinations. By offering travel to any particular destination, we do not guarantee if travelling to such a destination is safe or without risk.

You accept & agree that if you are staying in the country, which comes prohibited country to travel under U.S. regulations, you shall not be permitted to use our website or purchase any services available on www.coreflights.com

Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements

It is the sole liability of customers to complete the requirements applicable to their travel arrangements, including passport, visa, and other immigration documents. Customers need to avail the required information from the relevant embassies based in their country of origin. We shall not be held responsible if the customer is denied boarding in case they fail to fulfill such requirements.

Insurance

Trip insurance is an important part of your travel arrangements. CoreFlight highly recommend all the customers to purchase adequate insurance for the duration of your journey.

Please note: In some travel services, Trip insurance is mandatory that needs to be purchased along with the travel service.

Travelers can purchase travel insurance through us, as we have collaborated with trusted insurance partners. Please note that trip insurance is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Travel Advice and Vaccinations

Passengers whose origin-destination is in the US are recommended to check the advice posted by the U.S. Department of State regarding all the countries they wish to visit. Vaccinations may be mandatory for all passengers heading to some specific destination or all of the places operated by your preferred air carrier. It shall be the sole liability of the customer to ensure that you have availed all necessary vaccinations before your travel.

Airline use of Insecticide Spray

According to the policy of some specific countries, spraying of insecticide has been made mandatory prior to the scheduled flight departure or while passengers are onboard.

In accordance with Federal law, each passenger is required to check the Department of Transportation’s Disinsection Information page before traveling for detailed information.

Hazardous Materials Disclosure

According to the Federal law applicable to all reservations, the carriage of hazardous materials onboard is forbidden and considered as a criminal offense. If found violating the laws, passengers would be subjected to five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124).

Perilous or dangerous may include explosives, flammable liquids, compressed gases, and poisons, corrosives, solids, oxidizers, and radioactive materials — examples: paints, tear gases, oxygen bottles, lighter fluid, fireworks, and radio-pharmaceuticals.

The majority of the air carriers allow passengers to carry small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles as check-in baggage and certain smoking materials as carry-on baggage.

Use of our Services and Website

CoreFlight grants you a limited, inviolable, non-transferable license to access www.coreflights.com according to the "Terms and Conditions" document mentioned herein.

  1. You can only use www.coreflights.com to book airline tickets and make hotel reservations. Users shall not access or visit the website for other purposes, including but not bound to false or fraudulent reservations or booking
  2. You must not make bookings in the name of any fictional identity
  3. You must not use any software, device, or solicited files that would adversely affect or to be expected to affect the normal functioning of CoreFlight’ website
  4. You must not take any action that might impose a burden on the functionality and structure of the CoreFlight.
  5. You are under no circumstances permitted to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent content or any material that could encourage or constitute acts that could result in any criminal offense or attempt to commit a criminal offense, or end up to civil liability cases, or otherwise breach any law.
  6. Furthermore, you are not permitted to publish any information which comes under following conditions: (a) breaches the rights of other users or violates their privacy or confidentiality, (b) is protected by copyright, patent, trademark or other unshared rights, without the written consent of the owner for such right, (c) contains a bug, virus, or any other harmful malicious files or programs, or (d) is used to illegally abet against another person or organization under influence of regressive competition.
  7. You shall be solely responsible for any loss or damages that happened due to breaching of copyright, trademark, or other unshared right, or any other losses resulting from your use of www.coreflights.com.

Indemnification

You agree and accept to compensate us and our affiliates, and any of our suppliers and any such parties’ officers, agents, employees, directors against any demands, losses, claims, damages, causes of action, or other costs, (including accounting and legal fees) brought by you or third parties as a result of (a) your breach of this Agreement, (b) your breach of any law or rights of any third party, or (c) your use of our website.

Privacy Policy

You consent to our processing and sharing of personal information about you and other members of your party that you have provided to us in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes outlined in our privacy policy. You represent that you have read and agree to the terms of our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.
